Charter Keck Cramer's Development & Project Management business unit provides independent advice and steadfast control, from inception to completion, on a wide range of projects.

We have an experienced team of development and project managers intent on successfully delivering a project or result in strict accordance with a client's requirements. The project manager will lead and manage a project to completion with attention to detail, ensuring risk is managed and the most appropriate delivery method is utilised.

Charter represents your interests throughout all phases of development. This may involve engaging the best architect to suit your requirements, discussing technicalities with consultants based on the experience gained from alternative applications and talking to the builder from the position of being builders ourselves. Throughout, we liaise with Quantity Surveyors with the understanding that the budget is critical.

Clients have the option of utilising Charter's full range of independent property services. Clients may elect to 'bundle' these other services, which include Corporate Real Estate, Strategic Research, Valuations and Quantity Surveying.
