National Land Survey Program
The National Land Survey Program (NLSP) is a research initiative established to quantify the dynamics of the residential land markets across Australia. It provides insight from independent and timely data to major industry players and policy makers alike based upon its continuous monitoring of more than 550 estates across the 5 major capital city markets and major regional cities.
The NLSP is jointly undertaken by ResearchFour and Charter Keck Cramer, and was established out of the need for detailed, accurate, and up-to-date market data relating to the performance of land development projects.
