We are delighted to announce that Steven Kingston, who joined Charter in 1996, is now a key member of the firm's Corporate Real Estate & Private Equity business units.
With over 11 years experience in property valuations and advisory services, Steven provides both formal and informal advice to major financial institutions, lessors and lessees, passive investors, prospective purchasers and vendors, developers and statutory authorities. He has valued or provided property related advice for a number of Melbourne's major retail/commercial properties
