We are delighted to announce the return to Charter of Chris Holroyd who has been working for the past year in the United Kingdom with Debenham Tie Leung. Chris who was recently elevated to the position of Associate Director, is managing the Office Practice Group within Charter's Melbourne Office Valuations (Office and Retail) Practice Group. He brings more than ten years of international and local experience to the role.


Charter's newly formed Urban Economics & Policy Business Unit - specialising in applied economic and strategic policy analysis - has appointed Andrew Ballantyne to the position of Economist. Andrew's academic background and experience across both research and economics analysis will complement the firm's existing strengths. He most recently worked as a Corporate Research Analyst for a global logistics company based in the United Kingdom.
