Peter Hutchins and Mario Trotta are responsible for this new initiative. Peter is Managing Director of Charter and has well over 20 years experience providing property solutions to the private, institutional and Government sectors. Mario has extensive senior management and investment experience in the property industry with over 30 years covering funds management, asset management and property transactions of major Australian portfolios.
