The litigation practice group provides advice to a wide group of owners/claimants and acquiring authorities for freeway and road widening purposes that include CityLink, Eastlink and various bypass roads throughout Victoria and Tasmania as well as the acquisition of easements for water and gas pipelines and electricity transmission lines.
The litigation practice group is also involved in the valuation of several schools and colleges, as well as being principal advisor to the Roman Catholic Trusts Corporation for the Dioceses of Melbourne and Sale and various religious organisations, involving the purchase of school sites and parish centres and the sale of surplus assets.
