In October 1998, Charter Keck Cramer launched their inaugural and ongoing Property Scholarship, in conjunction with RMIT University.
The scholarship is awarded to a second or third year undergraduate property valuation student and provides the student with three days work experience per week for the following year, including a generous salary, full payment of third or fourth year HECS and allowances.
Whilst working with Charter Keck Cramer, the student is rotated throughout the firm's various Valuation practice groups, including office, retail, industrial, hospitality & tourism and residential. The student has the option of working within the Strategic Research business unit undertaking market research. The student is then offered full-time employment with the firm in their fourth year of study, leading to his/her Viva Voce.
