Interconnectivity of Services

The close connectivity of services within Charter enables leverage of specialist skills and property market knowledge to the benefit of clients. For example, the firm's Quantity Surveying and Development & Project Management business units are jointly engaged on a regular basis to provide high quality, innovative solutions and independent advice. Some recent engagements include:
- Mixed Use Development, Ivanhoe - incorporating a four storey residential tower, retail areas and three levels of underground car parking, the estimated project value is approximately $59 million upon completion. Charter has been successfully providing project management and quantity surveying services for this project.
- Industrial Property, Altona - project management, contract administration and quantity surveying services were provided for a 15,000m2 warehouse/office complex. The project was completed in March 2007, one month before the contractual date for completion.
- Residential Property, A'Beckett Apartments, Melbourne - redevelopment of an existing, older style commercial building to include three apartment levels above the existing structure. Development and project management and quantity surveying services are being provided for this project due for completion in January 2009
